BPA KPI 2010 is a new tool to
display all your strategic key
performance indicators (KPIs) in
one single place.
BPA KPI is included in all
BPA Applications like BPA CRM,
Quality or Project PRO 2010.

KPIs are grouped by categories like
objectives and processes. KPIs are measured
for a specific time frame like weeks or
months. Indicators are displayed like in a
scorecard based on Kaplan’s methodology. It
is possible to display user related KPIs in
dedicated scorecard pages.
Each KPI contains targeted values. Different
colors will be displayed depending on the
current value and the targeted values. A
green color will be displayed if the current
value is better than the targeted value.
Average values and trends are automatically
calculated.
Usually the measured KPIs are manually
created each weeks or months. It is also
possible to connect to SharePoint lists or
external databases if needed.
Scorecards are a very efficient way to
display easy-to-read indicators with colors.
When drilling down you could track all
improvement or corrective actions related to
your KPIs.
