Users will love adding data in BPA applications using our intelligent forms. By typing a few letters in lookup fields the matching data will be instantly displayed. You can even select filtered views to display in lookup fields like customers only.

When selecting a value for a parent lookup then child lookups could display filtered values related to the parent item. This improves the time needed to add data but also the data consistency through intelligent forms.

Managing field permissions is now possible in each BPA application. Sensitive fields could be hidden to certain people or groups. These field permissions will apply when editing forms or displaying data.

BPA Project gives you a simple framework for prioritizing and managing the logistics of projects and the resources allocated to them. This application provides a central location for managing the key aspects of projects, including their status, target completion dates, related cases and activities.

In displaying the portfolio of all projects users and managers will get the most important project metrics in a snapshot view, like cost or effort status, overdue tasks or late cases.
