2007 SharePoint Mail Merge This component is a document generator web part based on Microsoft Word templates. The generated document can contain many merge fields to be replaced by SharePoint list items. For instance, you can generate a quote based on a contact and opportunity lists. 2007 SharePoint Outlook Connector This connector can be used to move your emails into SharePoint in a mouse click, to synchronize your Outlook contacts with SharePoint or to access SharePoint's address book directly from Outlook. 	Replication/aggregation Rollup This component allows a site administrator to replicate or aggregate lists and libraries in different SharePoint sites or sub-sites. 	Internal Data Viewer This component shows data from different SharePoint sites or sub-sites. For example, this tool will be useful to show tasks linked to a decision inside the decision page. External Data Viewer This component shows data from external databases like SQL Server, Access, DB2, Excel spreadsheets,... Data are displayed in the same look and feel like a standard SharePoint list. For example, you can display data from your CRM or ERP software on the same SharePoint page. The big advantage is that you don't need to purchase expensive applicative licenses to each end users (above all when they connect once a month to the application!).
